In the heart of Luxembourg, we run an atelier that is refreshingly different. Three principles carry our work.
Material Aesthetics
We are material aesthetes. All-ceramic, selected composites and biocompatible materials: long-lasting, refined and made from the start to accompany a person for a lifetime.
Digital Features
CAD/CAM for maximum precision. 3D printing that saves time and budget. Specialised scanners and modern design software. We are a digital lab, guided by the craftsman’s eye.

Digital scan & CAD design
The model on the desktop scanner, the design on screen: every piece begins digitally, precisely measured and shaped into a restoration at the computer.
02Machine room
5-axis milling
From the solid zirconia blank: the 5-axis mill carves out crowns and bridges to the micron.
03Compressor room
Sintering
In the sintering furnace, the zirconia gains its final density, strength and depth of shade at over 1,400 °C.
04CAD / ceramics room
3D printing
Models, splints and drilling guides are produced quickly and accurately by resin 3D printing.
05CAD / ceramics room
Ceramic layering & firing
Layered by hand: layer upon layer of porcelain, until translucency and shade match a natural tooth.

Under the stereo microscope, we check fit, shape and surface before any piece leaves the atelier.
